At Appearance & Impression, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning your item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
